Rangel, director of MGM Móveis, "before the MT Solutions system, we used to do manual work that was not precise."
According to the manager, “with the arrival of MT, we can precisely control our processes and thus act with certainty on those points identified.” This allows companies to make new and better decisions about their productions, set new roadmaps, establish error parameters and know which points to improve when establishing solutions in the processes.
In this sense, for Rangel, the possibilities of improvements achieved through the MT Solutions manufacturing solutions platform lie in “the increase in productivity of around 25%, without any type of investment or improvement in the manufacturing process, this was achieved only by receiving the information provided by MT and its subsequent analysis and treatment. In addition, the reports provided are “simple and objective, just as we expected them to be,” said Bruno B. Rangel.
Finally, the manager referred to the implementation of the system at MGM Móveis and the adaptation of its employees. He commented that although at first these programs tend to cause some fear, because they reflect what happens inside the company, the capacity to adapt was such that today they would not know how to work without the MTsolutions program.
